This fall has been so beautiful (and warm!) in my area that I can hardly believe how fast this month is passing by. Halloween is almost here, and I’m reminded daily of all the reasons why I love this holiday, and this season, so dearly.
It’s as much fun to scare as to be scared.

First on my list is the inclusive nature of Halloween. You don’t have to be a member of any specific group, religion or ethnicity to join the fun. This holiday is a chance for everyone to embrace good cheer together with friends.
Next, Halloween activities run the gamut for everyone, regardless of age or attitude. From an adults-only Halloween costume party on the weekend to trick-or-treating with any little ones in your life, there are so many ways to gather with neighbors and friends to enjoy Halloween. Haunted houses and/or ghost tours are available in many areas if getting spooked is your jam, and elaborate pub crawls are also planned in many cities.
Finally, the decorations and fall weather combine to make for some incredible opportunities to enjoy strolling around your locale. The brightly colored leaves and the deeply hued hydrangeas have been turning almost every view into a photo opp on my neighborhood excursions for the past few weeks.
We hope you’re enjoying fall fun as much as we are! Happy Halloween!
